The Biltwell Chumps Handlebar is constructed from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to fatigue. The 1" outer diameter and 0.120" (3 mm) wall thickness provide a robust feel and reliable performance. All bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, minimizing flat spots and maintaining consistent wall thickness throughout the bends. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints guarantee a clean, strong connection. The handlebar has an 8" rise, a 6-1/2" pullback/sweep, and a width of 30-1/2", offering a comfortable yet aggressive riding position. The center width measures 4-3/4".
