Description

The K&N KN171B performance oil filter utilizes a synthetic filter media to provide high capacity and outstanding filtration, even with the high flow rates associated with synthetic and synthetic blended oils. A heavy-duty canister and base plate, complete with a double-rolled seal, offer robust protection against leaks and damage. The pre-lubed base gasket ensures a tight, hassle-free installation. Where applicable, a check valve/anti-drain back valve prevents oil drain-back and dry starts, minimizing engine wear. The filter also features a convenient 17 mm hex nut, pre-drilled for safety wire security, allowing for easy removal.
