Description
The All Balls U-joint Kit is meticulously crafted to deliver exceptional durability and performance. Each universal joint is cold forged from high-strength SCM-415 steel, ensuring robust construction that withstands extreme forces. The precision ground journals are case hardened to an impressive HRC58-61, providing superior wear resistance for a significantly extended lifespan. For optimal lubrication and reduced maintenance, these U-joints come pre-greased with high-temperature Lithium Complex 3 grease. Thoughtfully designed bearing cups feature grease channels and a convenient zerk fitting to ensure even grease distribution. For applications with limited clearance, a cap plug is included, allowing you to remove the grease zerk without compromising lubrication. Specifically for Honda yoke assemblies, this kit offers an upgraded cross diameter, increasing from 17mm to a more robust 19mm. These assemblies are further enhanced with durable stainless steel clamps and high-quality neoprene rubber boots, offering excellent abrasion resistance and sealing for long-term protection against the elements.
