Description
The Alpinestars S-M7 Cast Helmet sets a new standard for off-road safety and rider comfort. Its innovative aerodynamic profile ensures a smooth, streamlined shell, free from external channels that could compromise structural integrity or act as load points during an impact. The shell's carefully crafted curvature actively promotes reduced friction upon impact, allowing for efficient energy deflection and transfer away from the rider's head, neck, and spinal column. This advanced design minimizes direct force, providing critical protection when it matters most.
Experience unparalleled airflow with an ultra-ventilated system featuring 20 individual intake and exhaust ports, including 13 intakes and 7 exhausts, ensuring optimal cooling even in the most intense conditions. The helmet's fit is highly customizable, thanks to the A-Head Fitment system and the availability of Alpinestars replacement cheek pads in various thicknesses, interchangeable across all shell sizes. Integrated PLASMA technology at the lower side of the shell edge is strategically placed to dissipate energy effectively upon contact with the collar bone area, further enhancing rider safety. For added convenience, the S-M7 is communication system compatible with dedicated cutaway sections and earphone recesses, and features channels for hydration tube installation.

- Innovative Visor Detaching System: Engineered to automatically detach from the shell when subjected to impact energy greater than 15 Joules, ensuring optimum impact protection regardless of direction.
- Customizable Comfort & Fit: Includes the A-Head system for height adjustment, 3D foam cheek pads with Emergency Extraction System (ERS), and removable, washable antimicrobial liners for hygiene and personalized comfort.
- Communication & Hydration Ready: Designed with dedicated cutaway sections for intercom systems and integrated channels on both sides to accommodate a hydration system.
