The Alpinestars SM3 Falcon Youth Helmet is meticulously crafted to provide superior safety for younger riders. It features a robust thermo-injected shell, constructed from a technologically advanced, impact-resistant thermoplastic polymer blend. This innovative shell design incorporates varying degrees of thickness to deliver an exceptional balance of impact protection and a remarkably lightweight feel. Inside, a multiple-density inner liner is strategically designed to ensure the correct density in key areas, maximizing impact absorption while contributing to the helmet's overall reduced weight. The inner and outer surfaces are specifically engineered to minimize the effects of oblique impacts, further enhanced by a low-friction coating on the main EPS liner. This coating acts as a slip plane, effectively reducing rotational acceleration forces that can occur during certain angled impacts, mimicking the brain's natural defenses.

Comfort and ventilation are paramount with the SM3 Falcon. The helmet boasts a maximized ventilation system with ten intake inlets and seven exhaust ports, facilitating high levels of heat transfer exchange to keep the rider cool. The visor is cleverly designed to direct air into these ports, boosting overall airflow.
