The Biltwell 1" T-Bar Handlebar is constructed from 1" OD x .120" wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to bending or breaking. All bends are meticulously formed using internal mandrels on a CNC bender, minimizing flat spots and maintaining consistent wall thickness throughout the bends. Precision-mitered and TIG-welded joints guarantee a clean, strong connection for maximum reliability. The 8" rise and 2-3/4" pullback provide a comfortable and aggressive riding posture. With a width of 30", this T-Bar offers ample leverage and control for confident handling. The smooth, unknurled, and slotted design ensures easy installation and a seamless appearance.
