Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, offering enhanced durability and wider compatibility. Its dual plunge design and wide articulation angles prevent binding, even when used with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, or aftermarket A-arms. Featuring a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle provides a significant boost in strength. The shafts are constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional resistance to bending and breakage. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots protect the CV joints, which are packed with high-load molybdenum grease for optimal lubrication and longevity. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, offering unmatched precision and durability. This complete axle solution offers easy installation and a perfect fit.
