Engineered with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, the Demon Heavy-Duty Axle prevents binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. This complete axle boasts a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size relative to standard joints, maximizing its robustness. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms from leading brands, this axle offers versatile integration with your existing setup. The shafts are constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel and precision CNC machined for exceptional precision. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the inner workings. Furthermore, the inner cage is crafted from durable 4340 chromoly material.
