Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed to overcome the limitations of OEM axles, providing enhanced articulation and robust construction. Its dual plunge design prevents binding, even at wide articulation angles. Featuring a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles and a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size, this axle delivers unmatched strength. The axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands. Each component is precision CNC machined for exacting tolerances, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable operation. Dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts provide exceptional resistance to twisting and breakage. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots packed with high-load molybdenum grease ensure long-lasting protection against the elements and reduce friction. The inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material, further enhances the axle's overall durability.
