Description

The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle features a robust design that prevents binding, even at wide articulation angles, thanks to its dual plunge design. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts, this axle offers a significant increase in diameter (15%-20%) and CV joint size (10%-15%) compared to standard OEM axles. The precision CNC machined inner cage, crafted from 4340 chromoly material, ensures precise fitment and lasting performance. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide exceptional protection against the elements and reduce friction, extending the life of the axle. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms of particular brands, the Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is a versatile upgrade for your vehicle.
