The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle boasts a robust design that includes a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, significantly enhancing its strength and durability. Featuring dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and an inner cage constructed from 4340 chromoly material, this axle delivers exceptional resistance to wear and tear. The CV joint size is increased by 10%-15% compared to regular joints, further enhancing its load-bearing capabilities. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, ensure long-lasting protection and smooth operation.
