Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Axle is designed with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge design, preventing binding and ensuring smooth operation throughout the suspension travel. This complete axle is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and a-arms from various brands, offering versatile fitment options. Featuring a 10%-15% increase in CV joint size and a 15%-20% increase in diameter compared to OEM axles, this axle provides enhanced strength and longevity. The dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts guarantee exceptional resistance to stress and wear. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, protect the joints from contaminants and ensure optimal lubrication. The inner cage is constructed from 4340 chromoly material and precision CNC machined for precise fit and reliable performance. Upgrade to Demon and experience the ultimate in axle technology.
