Description
The DP Brakes DPK Clutch Kit is meticulously designed to provide an ultrasmooth power transfer, ensuring optimal performance for your motorcycle. Featuring exclusive high-heat friction materials, this clutch kit guarantees fade-free performance even under the most demanding conditions. The friction compounds are specifically formulated to suit off-road and dual-sport bikes, offering exceptional durability and longevity. Steel drive plates resist expansion, fading, and clutch swell, unlike stock aluminum plates. The increased weight of the steel plates also provides a flywheel effect, improving starting and traction. The included clutch springs, precision-wound from chrome silicone wire, are heat-treated and shot-peened to maximize life and prevent slippage, while also improving clutch feel and ease of operation. Each DPK clutch kit is delivered in a foam-lined hard plastic case to protect components before installation; this case can be repurposed for tools or parts storage after installation.
