Description
The DRC Series clutch kit features anti-swell, alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction facings that ensure smooth clutch take-up and allow for precise modulation, unlike paper clutches that tend to snatch. This kit includes friction plates, heavy-duty springs, and steel separator plates. The steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying, and loss of stack height, maintaining consistent clutch performance over time. Built with swagged aluminum carriers, the clutch kit spreads the load on the clutch basket, preventing clutch basket "dogging" and extending the life of your clutch components. The included heavy-duty clutch springs are 10-15% uprated to provide increased clamping force and prevent slippage under high-performance conditions.
