Description
This clutch kit features anti-swell, alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based facings that deliver smooth clutch engagement and excellent modulation, unlike paper clutches which can be grabby. The complete engine set includes friction plates, heavy-duty springs, and steel separator plates, all working together to prevent premature wear of the driven plates, minimize oil contamination, and maintain proper stack height. The innovative design incorporates swagged aluminum carriers that effectively distribute the load across the clutch basket, preventing "dogging" and extending its lifespan. Furthermore, the kit includes 10-15% uprated heavy-duty clutch springs, providing increased clamping force for improved performance and power transfer. Installation is straightforward, making it an ideal upgrade for both enthusiasts and professional mechanics.
