Description

The Feuling Parts HP+® High Volume Oil Pump delivers increased oil pressure, oil volume, engine oil flow, and improved return oil scavenging, contributing to quieter and smoother engine operation. Experience engine temperatures running 15°-25° cooler and oil temperatures reduced by 15°-30°. With 10-30 lbs more psi of oil pressure, this pump effectively reduces wet sumping, blow-by, and oily air cleaners. Dyno testing has demonstrated a 2 horsepower and 2 ft/lbs of torque gain to the rear wheel on M-Eight models. This kit includes a billet 6061 aluminum high-volume oil pump and a FEULING® High Flow billet camplate crafted from 7075 aluminum, which boasts 50% greater hardness and strength than factory or FEULING® OE+ camplates. By enlarging oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, and matching oil portholes throughout the camplate to the engine case, this system maximizes oil flow to the lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft, and rod bearings. Each oil pump is bench-tested, with the relief valve seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi and full pop-off at 55-60 psi. The increased oil volume from larger gears and properly sized passages, combined with the pressure relief valve seat and seal, ensures proper oiling system function. The FEULING® oil pump and camplate combination effectively addresses common pressure and scavenge issues associated with factory oiling systems. All FEULING® M-Eight oil pumps feature a groove machined on the back cover to accommodate the factory crank bearing seal, and are proudly made in the USA. FEULING® testing reveals up to a 50% reduction in engine sump oil level. Note that the M-Eight oil pick-up port is located on the right side of the engine, and idling or warming the bike on the kickstand can affect oil level readings.
