The true center-line design enhances roller life and ensures exact cam timing, maximizing engine efficiency and power output. Featuring a state-of-the-art pushrod seat, machined with a segmented parabolic cup identical to JIMS® roller rockers, these tappets provide optimal pushrod alignment and reduced friction. Each hydraulic unit is hand-fitted to a running clearance of .0002" using an ultra-precision air gauging system, guaranteeing consistent and reliable hydraulic performance. Proper tappet-to-block clearance is crucial; we recommend fitting the tappets with a clearance of .0007" to .0012".
