The JT Sprockets Front Sprocket is computer-designed to achieve ultimate strength while minimizing weight. Manufactured using leading-edge technology and top-quality materials, this sprocket ensures exceptional performance and longevity. Both front and rear sprockets undergo heat treatment and bead blasting to reduce material surface tension, increasing their resistance to wear and tear. The front sprockets are constructed from robust C45 steel and SCM415 chromoly steel alloy, while the rear sprockets are made from top-quality-grade C45 high-carbon steel. Featuring a rubber cushion, a technology adopted by major Japanese motorcycle manufacturers since the early 1990s, this sprocket effectively dampens the chain impact on the teeth, reducing noise and vibration.
