The K&N Performance Oil Filter KN174C is specifically designed to handle the unique requirements of synthetic racing oils. Featuring a synthetic filter media, this oil filter offers superior filtration capacity and high flow rates compared to traditional filters. The uniform pleated design ensures efficient filtration, capturing contaminants and preventing them from circulating through your engine. The heavy-duty canister and base plate, combined with a double-rolled seal, provide enhanced durability and protection against leaks. A pre-lubed base gasket ensures a tight seal upon installation. The integrated check valve/anti-drain back valve prevents oil drain-back during engine shutdown, ensuring quick lubrication upon startup. The 17 mm hex nut, pre-drilled for safety wire, allows for easy wrench-off removal, making maintenance a breeze.
