A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's surface, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a build-up of 0.0002". This treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and offers superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance. The stem features a black nitroneg coating for enhanced durability and reduced friction. Proudly made in the USA, this valve offers unmatched quality and performance.
