Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. The lightweight, one-piece forging features profiles that maximize flow characteristics, enhancing engine performance. A specialized German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electroplating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are thoroughly tested on a computerized flow bench. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
