Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong component. Its optimized profile enhances flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. A unique German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface build-up. This treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and offers superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction.
