Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering exceptional strength and a lightweight design. The valve's profile is optimized for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. A specialized German infusion process penetrates to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to ensure peak performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability. Proudly made in the USA, this intake valve offers unmatched quality and performance for your engine.
