The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface build-up. This innovative treatment enhances wear properties, minimizes friction, and provides unparalleled resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed utilizing Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance.
