The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing exceptional strength and reduced weight. Its meticulously engineered profile enhances flow characteristics, optimizing engine performance. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and offering superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees precision and performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability and smooth operation.
