Description

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, offering exceptional strength and lightweight design. Its meticulously engineered profile enhances flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Infused with a specialized German process, the valve boasts a surface treatment that penetrates to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002". This unique treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides unmatched resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, with profiles rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance and reliability. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction. Manufactured in the USA to the highest standards.
