The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, offering exceptional strength and lightweight performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002". This unique treatment enhances wear properties, significantly reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance and reliability.
