Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel, featuring a stellite-tipped design for enhanced wear resistance. A specialized nitriding process, with a depth of 0.002" and a surface buildup of 0.0002", further fortifies the valve, significantly improving its wear properties and reducing friction. This process provides exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The valve's lightweight profile is optimized for excellent flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, it can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances, maximizing oil control and heat dissipation.
