Description

The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses without compromising the handlebar's clean aesthetic. The innovative design provides ample space, allowing the entire wiring harness—including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves—to pass through effortlessly, preventing chafing. Magnum's unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, offering additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Wiring installations are further simplified with pre-loaded E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving. Simply insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull it through.

Manufactured with high-quality construction, the Viking Handlebar includes smooth, round CNC mandrel bends and machined control mounts (not swaged), burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and a high-luster black gloss finish for an exceptional appearance. The handlebar has a 1-1/4" diameter, 1” diameter center sections, and 3-1/2” on-center knurling, ensuring compatibility with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Important to know

Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
