Description
The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design, simplifying the installation of complete wiring harnesses. This innovative design provides ample room, allowing the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through without any chaffing. A unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, adding extra clearance within the handlebar's peak. Pre-loaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, wiring installations are made even easier – simply insert the harness and pull it through. Manufactured with high-quality construction, these handlebars boast smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and a high-luster chrome finish for an unmatched appearance. Important to know
Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
