Moose Offroad Front Sprocket - 520 Chain

Upgrade your motorcycle's drivetrain with the Moose Offroad Front Sprocket. Engineered for superior strength and durability, this sprocket ensures optimal power transfer and long-lasting performance, whether you're tearing up the dirt or navigating challenging ADV routes.

Description

The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is meticulously crafted from high-tensile strength, impact, and wear-resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation under extreme stress. Inner splines are broached to maximize spline-to-countershaft contact, distributing driveline forces over a larger surface area. The sprocket is heat-treated and finished with a nickel coating, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and enhanced lubricity for smooth operation. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality checks using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to ensure it precisely matches OEM design specifications. Available for a wide range of Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications, this front sprocket delivers unmatched reliability and performance. Ensure proper clearance when installing larger-than-stock sizes to guarantee optimal functionality.
