The Moose Offroad OEM Replacement Standard CV Axle is meticulously crafted to exceed OEM standards in fit, form, and function. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this complete CV axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings – up to 35% stronger than stock components. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease, guaranteeing smooth operation and longevity even under extreme stress. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps ensure a secure and protected assembly.
