Engineered with a flexible black PVC outer jacket, it offers excellent durability and resistance to the elements while maintaining maximum flexibility for easy routing. The tightly coiled steel inner casing is specifically designed to provide low compression ratios, ensuring a precise and responsive feel every time you actuate the clutch. For exceptionally smooth operation and an extended lifespan, the cable features a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve, reducing friction and wear. Safety and reliability are paramount, which is why all wire ends are meticulously bird-caged prior to terminal casting, offering superior pull-out resistance. Furthermore, the EPDM molded rubber components are formulated for high UV resistance, protecting against degradation from sun exposure, and injected-molded components are crafted from high-strength POM material, guaranteeing a durable clutch replacement that stands up to the rigors of the road.
