Description

Renthal's Twinring™ Rear Sprocket features a unique two-piece construction. The inner ring is crafted from Renthal's high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, keeping the weight to a minimum, similar to their standard sprockets. The outer ring is made from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing ultimate durability and wear resistance. The outer ring is thermally fitted over the inner, and the wave pattern design ensures a robust, permanent bond. Flat socket head screws enhance the chainwheel's strength, particularly during side impacts, and prevent interference with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt accumulation, minimizing wear and reducing weight. This sprocket outlasts standard aluminum sprockets by up to three times while remaining significantly lighter than all-steel alternatives.
