Description

The Renthal Twinring™ Rear Sprocket combines the best of both worlds: a lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum inner ring and a durable, nickel-coated steel outer ring. The inner ring, made from the same high-strength Ultralight™ aluminum as Renthal's standard sprockets, minimizes weight. The outer ring is crafted from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing ultimate durability. Renthal employs an innovative process where the outer ring is expanded at 200°C before being fitted over the inner ring. This interference fit, combined with a unique wave pattern, ensures a permanent and robust bond for the sprocket's lifespan. Flat socket head screws add further strength, particularly during side impacts, while also preventing contact with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth prevent dirt buildup, reducing chainwheel wear and minimizing weight. The Renthal Twinring™ sprocket lasts up to three times longer than a standard all-aluminum sprocket, and it's significantly lighter than an all-steel rear sprocket, offering improved handling and responsiveness. Compatible with 520 chains, this 50-tooth black sprocket is a high-performance upgrade for your motorcycle.
