The outer ring features electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing ultimate durability and resistance to wear. This outer ring is carefully designed with minimal material to further reduce weight. A specialized manufacturing process expands the outer ring at 200°C before fitting it over the inner ring. This interference fit, combined with a unique wave pattern, creates a permanent bond that withstands the harshest conditions. Flat socket head screws enhance the sprocket's strength during side impacts and prevent contact with the chain guide, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
