Description
Renthal's Twinring™ rear sprocket features a unique two-piece construction. The inner ring is machined from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, the same material used in Renthal's renowned standard sprockets, ensuring minimal weight and maximum power transfer. The outer ring is made from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing exceptional wear resistance and extending the sprocket's lifespan. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner, creating a permanent bond that withstands extreme conditions. Flat socket head screws further enhance the assembly's strength, protecting against side impacts and preventing interference with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between the teeth prevent dirt buildup, reducing wear and maintaining optimal chain performance. The Renthal Twinring™ sprocket lasts up to three times longer than standard aluminum sprockets, while remaining significantly lighter than all-steel alternatives.
