Description

Renthal's Twinring™ sprocket features a unique two-piece design. The inner ring is manufactured from Renthal's proven Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, ensuring minimal weight and maximum strength. The outer ring is constructed from electro-less nickel-coated steel, providing exceptional wear resistance and extending the sprocket's lifespan. The outer ring is thermally fitted to the inner core at 200°C, creating an incredibly strong and permanent bond. This innovative design results in a sprocket that lasts up to three times longer than a standard aluminum sprocket while remaining significantly lighter than a comparable steel sprocket. Self-cleaning mud grooves prevent dirt buildup, minimizing chain wear and further reducing weight.
