The Renthal Twinwall® Handlebar features a revolutionary design using two aluminum alloy tubes. The outer tube is constructed from 7010-T73 aluminum, offering exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, further enhanced by anodization. The inner tube utilizes ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls. Rubber seals effectively prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering the handlebar, ensuring longevity. Laser markings facilitate precise positioning, and each handlebar includes an updated injection-molded foam bar pad, providing enhanced protection and durability.
