Get your Yamaha started reliably with this high-quality aftermarket starter from Rick's Motorsport Electric. Designed for durability and performance, this starter offers an affordable and effective solution for replacing your worn or failing OEM unit.
Description
This starter is engineered with enhanced durability compared to OEM starters. A common problem with many OEM starter motors is an unprotected output needle bearing, vulnerable to moisture intrusion. Rick's Motorsport Electric addresses this issue by incorporating a double-sealed ball bearing with an output shaft seal. This innovative design effectively prevents water from entering and corroding the bearing, significantly extending the starter's lifespan. Moreover, the sealed ball bearing is replaceable, further enhancing the longevity and serviceability of this aftermarket unit. Upgrade your Yamaha's starting system with Rick's Motorsport Electric and experience reliable performance every time.
