Upgrade your engine's performance and reliability with the S&S Cycle Replacement Flywheel Assembly. Designed for 96", 103", and 106" big bore engines, as well as 110" and 117" engines with stock or S&S pistons, this flywheel assembly delivers exceptional strength and precision.
Description
This S&S Cycle Flywheel Assembly is meticulously crafted to withstand the demands of high-performance engines. Featuring premium quality S&S heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods with full-width wrist pin ends, the assembly is dynamically balanced and trued to less than 0.0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces. This ensures smooth operation at higher RPMs and full compatibility with gear drive cams. CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die, steel forgings, the flywheels are 114% stronger than late-style stock steel flywheels. The robust 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, with pinion and sprocket shafts forged as part of the flywheel for maximum durability. Made in the USA, this flywheel assembly provides the performance and reliability you need.
