Description

The S&S Cycle Cam Chest Kit delivers significant performance enhancements for your Milwaukee-Eight engine. The oil pump and cam plate are precision-machined from billet aluminum, featuring removable passage plugs for easy servicing. The independent scavenge sections efficiently manage oil in the flywheel cavity and cam chest. Debris screens and a magnet prevent contaminants from entering the oil pump. This kit provides a 44% increase in oil flow on the supply side and a 58% increase on the scavenge side. Included are S&S Precision Tappets that are hand-assembled to exacting tolerances, reducing valve train noise and ensuring high-rpm performance. The tappet cuffs, constructed from hard anodized billet aluminum, enhance tappet stability, especially in high-lift and high-RPM applications. The kit also features Quikee pushrods and show chrome pushrod tubes, completing this comprehensive upgrade package. Installation is straightforward, making it ideal for both enthusiasts and professional mechanics.
