The clutch shaft and rollers are replaced with precision-ground and hardened parts, guaranteeing extended service. All components are assembled with a specialized lubricant specifically designed for starter roller clutch applications. The CNC-machined billet mounting noses are securely fastened with aerospace-grade fasteners. Each starter undergoes comprehensive dyno testing, including hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform analysis to ensure optimal operation and quality control.
