Vertex 2-Stroke Cast Piston Kit - 47mm Bore - 85cc - Size B - 24279B

Elevate your engine's performance and reliability with the Vertex 85cc Cast Flat Top Piston Kit. Engineered for 2-stroke motors, this kit provides a durable and lightweight solution for riders seeking a high-quality replacement.

Description

The Vertex 85cc Cast Flat Top Piston Kit is meticulously engineered to provide exceptional durability and performance for your 2-stroke motorcycle engine. This comprehensive 2-stroke piston kit features a precision 47.00mm bore piston, crafted from a gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content. This advanced casting process results in an incredibly light yet robust piston, capable of withstanding the rigorous demands of high-performance riding. Each piston undergoes a T-5 hardening and tempering heat treatment cycle, significantly enhancing its structural integrity and longevity. To further boost reliability and reduce friction, the piston skirts are meticulously coated with a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite layer. This specialized coating ensures a faster, smoother break-in period and contributes to a substantially increased piston lifespan, making it an ideal motorcycle piston replacement. Designed with a flat top head shape, this 47.00mm bore piston maintains optimal compression for its specified 85cc displacement. The kit includes OEM replacement rings, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable sealing. Choose Vertex for a dependable and performance-driven engine upgrade.
