Each Vertex piston undergoes a meticulous T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, a heat treatment process that significantly boosts its strength and structural integrity. Crafted from a gravity cast aluminum alloy with an impressive 18% silicone content, this piston achieves an extremely light yet incredibly robust construction, superior to standard forged alternatives for specific applications.
