Vertex Forged Piston Kit - 81mm Bore - 250cc - Size A - 24634A

Unleash maximum power and durability with the Vertex GP Racer's Choice 81mm 4-stroke piston kit. Engineered for serious racers, this high-performance piston kit delivers superior strength and an optimized compression ratio for a competitive advantage on the track or trail.

Description

The Vertex GP Racer's Choice piston kit is meticulously designed to transform your 250cc 4-stroke engine's performance. Featuring advanced T-box forgings and unique dome profiles, these pistons are crafted from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy, ensuring exceptional durability under extreme racing conditions. Each piston undergoes a rigorous T-5 hardening and tempering heat-treatment cycle, further enhancing its structural integrity and longevity. To minimize friction and accelerate the break-in process, the piston skirts are treated with a cutting-edge Molybdenum Disulphite coating, extending piston life and maintaining peak performance. With an 81.00 mm bore size and a standard compression ratio, this forged race piston kit is built to produce more power and withstand the demands of intense competition. The kit provides all essential components for a complete refresh, including the piston, high-quality rings, a sturdy wrist pin, and circlips.
