Description
The Vertex Piston Kit is engineered as a direct OE replacement, offering exceptional value and performance. The piston is crafted from a gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, ensuring optimal thermal stability and wear resistance. Heat-treated with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, this piston is built to withstand the rigors of 2-stroke engine operation. A high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite coating on the piston skirt reduces friction, promoting faster break-in times and extending piston life. This kit is designed for enthusiasts and professionals seeking a dependable and cost-effective piston solution.
