The Vertex Top End Piston Kit features a cast piston crafted to original equipment (OE) form. Constructed from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, these pistons offer an ideal balance of lightweight design and high strength. Each piston undergoes a T-5 heat treatment, hardening, and tempering cycle for enhanced durability. The piston skirt benefits from a Molybdenum Disulphide coating, promoting faster break-in and extended piston life.
